SweetXavier Events Management Services began with a simple yet powerful vision: to transform ordinary gatherings into extraordinary experiences. Founded in 2018 in San Juan City, Metro Manila, we started as a small but passionate team determined to make every event meaningful, memorable, and seamless.

History

Rooted in Passion

SweetXavier Events Ph was founded in 2018 by Ms. Shanel Dizon and Mr. Francis Xavier Espago. After graduating from college, they ventured into their first business with a photobooth. Their hard work paid off, leading them to expand into event styling, lights, and sounds services in just a few months. The business was thriving until the onset of the pandemic, forcing them to halt operations for six months.

In December 2020, some of their corporate clients cautiously resumed partnerships for small year-end celebrations with enhanced safety measures in place. The year 2022 brought a resurgence in operations as the event industry started to flourish once more. They have successfully attracted a growing customer base, enabling them to expand their operations significantly.

At present, SweetXavier Events Ph boasts a team of over 30 skilled technicians and crew members. The range of services they offer continues to broaden as they actively pursue further growth and development in the industry.

SweetXavier Events Ph was established by a couple, Ms. Shanel Dizon and Mr. Francis Xavier Espago, both graduates of Entrepreneurship from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

From their early days in college, these two have shown a passion for business. They dabbled in selling various items such as gadgets, cellphone accessories, clothes, RC cars, and more. Their determination and hard work didn’t go unnoticed, and they saw success in their ventures.

Upon graduating, they took a bold step and ventured into events services. Despite the challenges and uncertainties, they persevered and their business is still thriving today.
